Forgot password (Java premium)

If your Minecraft Java is premium (you sign in to the launcher with a Microsoft account), type /premium after logging in. The server then usually stops asking for a password.

Forgot the password before using /premium:

1. Open a ticket on Discord or Contact, category Moderators.
2. Write your account name and send a screenshot of the launcher signed in to your account.
3. Staff send you a password reset link. Join with /login <new password>, then type /premium.

Don't use /premium on a non-premium account, or you won't be able to join.

Good to know

• The reset link works once and expires.
• Passwords are 4 to 24 characters, no spaces.
• A wrong password disconnects you.
• Change your password (also when asked because it is too weak): /changepass <old password> <new password>.
