Forgot password (Java non-premium)

1. Open a ticket on Discord or Contact, category Moderators.
2. Write the account name exactly as on the server (capital letters count).
3. Send a screenshot of you playing on the server with that account, for example the tab list, chat, or inventory. If you have none, write when you last played and on which server.
4. Staff send you a password reset link. Join with /login <new password>.

To make proving it easier next time, link your account to Discord with /discord link.

Good to know

• The reset link works once and expires.
• Passwords are 4 to 24 characters, no spaces.
• A wrong password disconnects you.
• Change your password (also when asked because it is too weak): /changepass <old password> <new password>.
