Access to our Minecraft servers requires a valid Minecraft account (Java or Bedrock Edition). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Java and Bedrock accounts may be linked together via an in-game command. Account data migrations between accounts (e.g., cracked to premium, Bedrock to Java) require administrator assistance and are subject to verification.
Certain website features (such as the Staff Evaluation portal) require authentication via Discord OAuth2. By logging in, you authorize us to access basic Discord profile information (user ID, username, avatar, email). You may revoke this access at any time through your Discord settings.
You may optionally link your Minecraft account to your Discord account via the /discord link in-game command. This enables features such as Discord Booster bonuses and Referral IP creation. Linking is voluntary and may be managed in-game at any time.
You may submit content including, but not limited to, in-game chat messages, builds, and featured images uploaded to this website. By submitting content, you grant Kaizen Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our services. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Purchases made through our store are subject to the Store Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, available at the store section of this website. All transactions constitute voluntary donations in exchange for in-game digital goods. Digital goods have no monetary value outside the Kaizen Network server environment and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Kaizen Network services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Kaizen Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of in-game progress, data, or account access.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or our Server Rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Bans or terminations resulting from rule violations do not entitle users to refunds of any donated amounts or digital goods purchased.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes via Discord announcements. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia.
