Kaizen Network Store

Welcome to Kaizen Network Store. By using our store services, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. Please read carefully before making a transaction.

1. Definitions

  • Kaizen Network: Minecraft server operated by the Kaizen Network team.
  • Premium Points: Virtual currency that can be used to purchase items, premium tiers, boosters, and other exclusive features within the Kaizen Network Minecraft server.
  • Donation: Voluntary contribution to Kaizen Network, in appreciation of which Premium Points will be given.
  • User: Any individual who uses Kaizen Network store services.

2. Nature of Transaction

2.1 Donation, Not Purchase

All transactions at the Kaizen Network store are donations. You provide financial support to the server, and as a token of appreciation, you will receive Premium Points corresponding to the donation amount.

2.2 Digital Goods

Premium Points are digital goods that have no monetary value outside the Kaizen Network server and cannot be exchanged back into cash.

3. Transaction Process

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods through our payment gateway, including QRIS (E-wallet), Virtual Account (BRI, BNI, Mandiri, BCA), and Retail Stores (Alfamart, Indomaret, Alfamidi).

3.2 Processing Time

  • Premium Points will be sent within a few minutes after payment is successfully confirmed.
  • If Premium Points have not been received after 15 minutes, please try logging back into the server.
  • If issues persist, contact our support team via Discord or email [email protected].

3.3 Minecraft Username

  • Make sure you enter a correct and active Minecraft username on the Kaizen Network server.
  • Username spelling errors are the user's responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for Premium Points sent to an incorrect username.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1 Eligibility

  • Users must have a valid Minecraft account registered on the Kaizen Network server.
  • Users under 18 years of age must obtain permission from a parent or guardian.

4.2 Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

  • Performing chargebacks or payment disputes without valid reasons.
  • Using fraudulent or illegal payment methods.
  • Reselling or trading Premium Points outside the server.
  • Manipulating the payment system in any way.

4.3 Consequences of Violation

Violations of these terms may result in:

  • Cancellation of Premium Points without refund.
  • Permanent ban from the Kaizen Network server.
  • Legal action if necessary.

5. Kaizen Network Rights

5.1 Service Changes

Kaizen Network reserves the right to:

  • Change Premium Points prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Modify, add, or remove items that can be purchased with Premium Points.
  • Change these terms and conditions at any time.

5.2 Transaction Rejection

We reserve the right to reject transactions if:

  • Suspicious activity or fraud is detected.
  • Technical errors occur in the payment system.
  • User violates applicable terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 "As Is" Service

Store services are provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% server availability at all times.
  • Premium Points will always be usable for specific items.
  • The value or benefits of Premium Points will remain the same.

6.2 Indirect Losses

Kaizen Network is not responsible for indirect losses, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of account data.
  • Inability to access the server.
  • Changes to gameplay or server features.

7. Privacy and Data

7.1 Data Collected

We collect minimum data required to process transactions:

  • Minecraft username
  • Selected payment method
  • Transaction history

7.2 Data Security

Your data is protected and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required for payment processing or legal purposes.
