Forgot password (Bedrock)

1. Open a ticket on Discord or Contact, category Moderators.
2. Write your account name. Bedrock names start with a dot, for example .YourName.
3. Send a screenshot of your Bedrock profile menu, or of you playing on the server.
4. Staff send you a password reset link. Choose a new password, then join with /login <new password>.

If your Bedrock account is linked to a Java account, also give the Java account name.

Good to know

• The reset link works once and expires.
• Passwords are 4 to 24 characters, no spaces.
• A wrong password disconnects you.
• Change your password (also when asked because it is too weak): /changepass <old password> <new password>.
