Event items and their owner

Event items are bound to their owner, shown as "Item bound to" in the lore.

• Move to another player: hold the item, then type /changeitembound <name>. The other player must be online. There is a fee, shown when you type the command. Type it again within 30 seconds to confirm.
• After a name change: open a ticket on Discord or Contact, category Moderators to register your old and new names. Then hold the item and type /changeitembound-newname.

Only the item's owner can move it.
